Can we Schedule a specific time for Inspection?

We make the best attempt to meet your project needs. If given enough notice we can fulfill your scope in the desired time frame.

What are your payment terms?

Generally we have net 30 terms. However if there is an extensive contract we may require a deposit. We accept ACH transfers, B2B, and Check. We prefer ACH or Certified Check.

How quickly can we get our data?

As quickly as we can produce it! We do require a signature for a letter of transmittal. As a note the frequency of transmittals is also the frequency of invoicing.

Do you offer emergency services?

Yes! Contact us to get set up for emergency blockage removal, or blockage inspection.

Are you an underground utility license holder?

Yes! We attained our license in 2019.

what pacp software do you use?

We have a variety of software to meet your needs. If your company has a specific program that you prefer and you want your exports in that software, we can meet your needs.

How can i get a proposal?

E-Mail or Call us, and we will get a proposal to you ASAP. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, and turn around time on quoting is just as vital to us as it is to you.

Can we use your work in our social media?

Once you receive your videos and we receive payment, you may use your media however you please. Our only request is that you advise us if its going to be used in a national outlet, just so we can add it to our SEO as well.

What size pipes do you inspect?

We are capable of inspecting 3” Pipe up to 96”+. We will require a method of access on smaller diameter pipe via clean-out, pit, or floor drain.

What kind of reports do we get?

Generally we will give all your project data to you on a USB Thumb Drive. This includes all PACP documents, MDB database to migrate data easily, and all related image-video files. We can also give you a tangible paper copy per your request.

Do you do work without a contract in place?

Generally, No. However, depending on the relationship we have and if there is an emergency situation we may be able to postpone getting a contract signed temporarily. As long as we have a written agreement via email, and a signed contract by close of first day on site we can mobilize.
